Please note the following regarding your booking with our company:

• You should be at the place 10 minutes before your scheduled booking.
• Check the date and time of your booking again.
• In our room we suggest comfortable clothing. However, the use of a dress / skirt and open shoes is not appropriate.
• Our room is for people over 18 only.
• The room has been made with the safety of the players in mind. However, the players must be careful and the players themselves are responsible for any injury or accident! Each team member agrees to these terms.
• Any form of verbal or physical violence against the company staff and / or intentional damage to objects in the area you are in, is a reason to stop the game.
• 1Way Escape Room undertakes not to sell, share or publish your personal data to third parties, except in the case below.
• In case of non-compliance with the above rules, the company may terminate the game or even cancel your reservation.
• In case of cancellation in the last 48 hours before the scheduled game by our company due to a technical problem or illness of actors, our company returns the entire deposit amount and gives a 10% discount to the team for the next booking they will make. In any other case of cancellation, our company returns the amount of the advance payment.
• In the event of a last minute cancellation, non-appearance or departure from the room or non-booking, players must pay 100% of their scheduled booking amount. 

1Way Escape Room through EscapeAll.gr maintains a file with the cancellations you make and can inform the cooperating companies for an increased possibility of cancellation based on your history. Respectively, information is provided in case of simultaneous / short-term booking in more than one of the cooperating companies. These updates are made in the context of improving the services provided and to prevent last minute cancellations.
